Even though we do everything we can to make sure your vehicle is delivered safely and on time, things like weather, traffic, or mechanical problems may cause delays or damage that we can't prevent. It's also important to know that some things, like oversized vehicles, modified vehicles, and pick-up or drop-off locations that are hard to get to, can cause extra fees or delays. Before booking a shipment, we tell our customers to carefully read through our terms and conditions to make sure everything goes smoothly.
